Being Hero of Jian'an, Cao Zhi occupied an important status in the history of Chinese ancient literature.But his achievement on poem was not great,so that critics once doubted his status. A writer's status depends on achievements of his works under normal conditions, but in a certain critic period of literature's development, especially in a transform period, the phenomenon ofdisunion of status and achievements occurred as the pioneers were faced with new problems--Cao Zhi, for example.
