Abstract
The empirical research of the relationship between rural credit cooperatives and rural economic growth indicates that the development of rural credit cooperatives contributes greatly to the continuous growth of rural economy.In the light of the problem confronted in the development of rural credit cooperatives,the stock right structure of rural credit cooperatives should be reformed further,the retreat mechanism of rural credit cooperatives should be strengthened,the supervision of rural credit cooperatives should be coordinated effectively in order to promote the healthy development of rural credit cooperatives.
