Abstract

Objective:To study a method which can monitor the dissolution of aspirin enteric-coated tablets in vitro and real time. Methods: Fiber optic dissolution test system(FODT) was used to monitor the whole releasing procedure of aspirin enteric-coated tablets, the result was compared with that of Ch.P dissolution test(Ch.P).Results: Fiber optic dissolution test system can monitor the whole drug releasing procedure, meanwhile showing complete drug stripping curve. Conclusion: No matter using fiber optic dissolution test system or using Ch.P,the determined result is no difference, and both of them can monitor the release of aspirin efficiently in vitro.
