Abstract
According to the experience and lessons from the construction of high-class highway surface,it discusses the measures to improve the highway surface construction quality on the construction stage from basic layer,material and construction technique,and points out that scientific management and quality monitoring should be stressed on the road using stage,so as to improve highway construction quality.
