Abstract
The article introduces the kernel of real time operation named DSP/BIOS by TI, and illustrates the superiority of using DSP/BIOS on developing the detection of radar objects system. First the system digitizes the radar video by the FPGA controlling the high speed A/D chips,then the kernel of DSP/BIOS can be used to design several digital signal process threading and Chip Support Library(CSL) can be utilized to configure peripheral equipment, at last using the real time analysis tools, we can analyze and optimize the digital signal processing program.The DSP/BIOS reduces the complexity of the DSP system developing, shortens the developing period and accomplishes the automatic detection of radar objects system.
