Abstract
A load balancing method based on elastic cloud computing is proposed.The method introduces the framework using a load balancing method and the model to evaluate load status of the virtual machines and resource utilization of the virtual machine cluster.And the method implements the distribution of the tasks and elastic virtual machine cluster via task distribution algorithm and elastic expansion algorithm.The simulation shows that this method improves the resource utilization effectively while implementing the load balancing.
