Influence of pH to amylases activiies from Schizothorax grahami

Abstract
In most suitable pH condition,the amylase activeness of the stomach,foregut,middle intestines,hindgut and liver and so on main alimentary organs from Schizothorax graham is 669.5、789.23、796.86、 761.51 and 774.09,respectively.The amylase activeness of the middle intestines is highest,that of the stomach is lowest.The most suitable pH of the assimilative organs is between.7.4 and 8.6.
