Abstract
Objective To investigate the imaging finding of pulmonary sclerosing h emangioma(PSH).Methods Imaging findings of 4 cases of pulmonary sclerosing hema ngioma(PSH) were reviewed. All of the 4 cases had plain chest films.1 of them und erwent CT scanned. The correlations of imaging-pathology of PSH were investigate d.Results The imaging fingings of 4 cases of PSH were as follow :Solitary mass or nodule located in lung with sharp and smooth margin.Computed tomography demonstrated a smoothly marginated, homogeneously enhancing nodule.Abo ut 3.0 cm in diam eter. Conclusion CT enhancement is very improtant for diagnosis of PSH,which is lack of special imaging findings.
