Abstract
Cerebral palsy(CP) in children is a disease with high morbidity. With early detection, early intervention, early diagnosis and early comprehensive rehabilitation, patients' function can be significantly improved. Nowadays, rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy mainly performs in tertiary hospitals, pediatric hospitals and rehabilitation hospitals. However, the current situation is that there is a large amount of children with cerebral palsy with insufficient professional rehabilitation personnel. Community and family rehabilitation model has been fully developed and widely used in foreign countries. From the view of health economics, the household expenses could be saved while the efficacy of rehabilitation is ensured under community and family rehabilitation.
