Abstract
The traditional RS-232/RS-485 can not meet the requirements of remote control and data acquisition,and an embedded ethernet communication interface is given based on W5300 and 32-bit ARM processor S3C2440A.The work principle of W5300,the hardware and software design of the interface are introduced in detail.In the part of hardware,the direct address bus interface mode is used to achieve the connection between S3C2440A and W5300.In the part of software,eight independent socket programming of network controller is emphasized to achieve ethernet transceiver functions.The interface design can be directly applied to embedded system.
