Compendium of Political Civilization——The Keynote,System and Methodology

In recent years, political civilization has been the common themes of political science and Constitutional theory. The skeleton of political civilization could be built on the basis of combination of the view of political science and logic of Constitutional theory, which is democracy, lead of the Party and stable political system, well-ordered political participation and developing political rights, effective power division and the relations between power and rights,constitution and constitutionalism. In the scheme of democratic constitution, that is, constitutional politics, it is a necessary way of socialistic political civilization to realize the integration and unification of the people's mastership and the rule of law.
