Abstract

Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise are an important part of the national economy.Its financial uniqueness plays a vital role in economic development and social stability.Based on such problems as the current financing difficulties small and medium-sized enterprises have,weak financial control,rigid management mode and so on,corresponding countermeasures and innovation strategies are put forward.
