The amended State Compensation Law specifies the monetary compensation for mental injuries for the first time,which becomes the highlight of it.From the practice of criminal compensation cases,the author analyzes the implications,characteristics and profound significances of the compensation for mental injuries,at the same time the author offers specific proposals for the difficulties when handling criminal compensation cases for mental injuries.
