The net-cultural industry is a kind of industry which is based on the net about the production and creation and managemet and spread of the culture content.There are good chances and many advantageous conditions for the development of Ningbo’s net-cultural industry.In order to develop net-cultural industry,however,it is necessary to solve problems such as policy,personnel,optimization of the industry structure,etc..
