On the Legislation Choices from the Law of Torts to the Law of Civil Liability

The legislation issues of the Law of Torts is a focus of argument during the enactment of the Civil Law: whether to choose the pattern of serious torts or that of less ones,or other patterns has always been controversial.This article,through the research of the legislations in some main countries within two great legal chains,on the basis of the analysis of the essence of the Law of Torts,believes that it's necessary to enact the law of civil liability in the system of the Civil Law in our country,and put the original Law of Torts inside it.
