Laboratory Muffle Furnace Nitrogen Charging Device Design and Modification

The laboratory existing muffle furnace muffle furnace belongs to the conventional type,some chemical raw materials,reagents,products to prevent oxidation in the process of heated drying need to muffle furnace vacuum or inert gas protection( such as nitrogen,etc.),ordinary muffle furnace is without this function. Based on laboratory the defect of ordinary muffle furnace,we design and develop a retrofit scheme,on the basis of the existing muffle furnace increase pneumatic device and tail gas treatment device,increase the use function of conventional muffle furnace,and ensure the safety,economy,environmental protection and stable operation.
