Abstract

Exceeding rates of pesticide residue parameters in 5280 vegetable samples from Inner Mongolia farmland since 2003s were studied. The results indicated that the Exceeding rates of pesticide residue in vegetables was into a steady fluctuations period after rapid declined, ranged from13.6% in 2003 to nearly five years 4.6 percent, the lowest year to 2.9%,lower than national level during the same period.Green leafy vegetables like in the calendar year exceeding rates of pesticide residues in the highest class of Chinese cabbage, cabbage, followed by eggplant, beans and melons.Higher risk of excessive vegetable varieties are:celery, cabbage,Chinese cabbage and rape, tomato and cucumber. As far as the radish, onion and garlic will become doubly concerned about the vegetables.
