STUDIES ON TEMPERATURE CHANGE IN GANSU IN RECENT 40 YEARS

Based on the date of monthly mean air temperature from about 15 stations in 1960-1999 and the date of maximum and minimum air temperature,extreme maximum and minimum air temperature,the climate change and its characteristics in Gansu in recent 40 years are analyzed and studied comprehensively.The results show that the annual mean air temperature change was smooth and steady,minimum air temperature was warmer than normal before 1985,while maximum air temperature was also warmer than normal after 1985,so climate warmer is not caused mainly by minimum air temperature warmer in winter.
