Diversification of clinical practical medical students' clinical skills training mode

According to clinical practical medical students,in the clinical teaching in simulation which is the core,this paper deals with the construction of the diversification of clinical skills training system.After training the objective standardized clinical examination(OSCE) is adopted to evaluate students' clinical skills.The practice proves that this kind of training model has solved the problem of lack of clinical teaching resources,increased the students' practice chance,helped develop medical students' integrated clinical skills.
