Abstract
The localization of Marxism in China, essentially speaking, is the combination of the fundamental tenets of Marxism and Chinese revolution and construction .It is an active course of history .And the founding period of Communist Party of China (CPC) is just the commencement of this course .During the CPC's founding period the localization of Marxism in China has presented three basic characteristics :the parallel development with the wide-dissemination of Marxism ,deeply influenced by the International of Communist Party,characterized by a certain spontaneity.
