Abstract
Take the macroporous resin as carrier,the papain enzyme was immobilized using the glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent,the influence of various carrier and preparation conditions on couple yield and relative activity of immobilized enzyme was studied,and the effect of temperature and pH on free and immobilized enzyme stability was also examined.As a result,the maximum relative activity of immobilized enzyme was obtained when enzyme amount was 40mg,immobilized temperature was 77℃,immobilized time was 4hand pH=6.5.The experiment result showed that the immobilized papain had better temperature and pH stability than free papain.
