Abstract
Under the background of dual structure between urban and rural areas, China's rural social insurance excessively depends on family insurance and land insurance, which can not meet the demand of present rural economic and social development requirement. New style rural social insurance system, which accords with modern civilization and embodies social fairness and justice, is urgently needed. As a result, the mistake of that insurance reform depends on economic development should be corrected and three rural basic social insurance systems should be established and completed in order to widen rural social insurance funds source channel and to promote blood-making function of land insurance and family insurance.
