Abstract

The amendment of law is an important component of the New Deal of Qing dynasty,its aim is to extension the rule of the Qing Dynasty which has its reactionary;but at the same time,it is undeniable that it has a certain objective progress which is conducive to the development of Chinese capitalism.The amendment of law is the same,which made traditional Chinese law undergone major changes,bring in some modern legal ideology and principles,and promote the transition of China's legal system.
