Meta-analysis on the relationship between family history of tumor and the risk of breast cancer among Chinese women

Abstract
Objective:To study the relationship and the strength of association between family history of breast cancer or family history of tumor and the risk of breast cancer among Chinese women,provide data support for constructing evaluation model of risk of breast cancer among Chinese women.Methods:Meta-analysis was used to comprehensively and quantitatively analyze the literatures about the relationship between family history of breast cancer or family history of tumor and the risk of breast cancer in China in recent 30 years,OR value and 95% CI value were calculated.Results:After analyzing 39 literatures,OR value of family history of breast cancer and the risk of breast cancer was 2.76(95%CI: 2.60-2.94),OR value of family history of tumor and the risk of breast cancer was 2.23(95%CI: 1.86-2.67).Conclusion:Family history of breast cancer or family history of tumor is moderately correlated with the occurrence of breast cancer,the cases with family history of breast cancer or family history of tumor are high risk population of breast cancer.
