Abstract
This paper researches on the saccharification discipline of concentrated sulfuric acid hydrolysis of wheat straw under the condition of normal pressure.It is examined respectively by the single—factor tests and orthogonal experiments,optimizes the conditions of acid saccharification process.The superior conditions are as follows:hydrolysis in 64%sulphuric acid at temperature of 60℃for 50min,the ratio of acid and solid was 25:1,the yield of total sugar can reach 36.22%.
