Abstract

The basic principles and key technologies of tidal current power system are introduced in detail, meanwhile,the development and achievements of tidal turbine are specified.Additionally,the paper analyses the present situation of research progress at home and abroad,and predicts development the trends of power generation technology.As a renewable energy utilization technologies,the tide current energy has good promising.
