Abstract
A new dual mode biquad filter based on MOCCCII(multiple outputs current controlled conveyor) is presented.The filter structure presented simply contains 5 active elements and 2 grounded capacitors,without using any external resistors.The voltage-mode filter and the current-mode filter can be realized just by suitable changing the input signal without changing internal circuit structure,various kinds of filter functions such as high-pass,band-pass,and low-pass can be obtained in either mode,thus the circuit is versatile.PSPICE simulation for actual circuit is conducted and the result shows that the proposed circuit is valid and effective.
