Abstract

AbstrcatPolice entrapment, a common means used in criminal investigation, is vastly argued theoretically in the field of law. The advantages and disadvantages of entrapment are resulted from the two different choices of values. Therefore, the rules and regulations should be standardized to get rid of the disadvantages.
