Abstract

[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the degradation laws of forage maize,sorghum-Sudan hybrid grass and forage sorghum.[Method] The rumen degradability of different kinds of forage was studied by using the nylon-bag technology.[Result] The effective degradability of CP,NDF and ADF in different kinds of forage had difference and that of DM and OM had not significant difference.The effective degradability of CP in Magician sorghum-Sudan hybrid grass was highest(70.80%),that of ADF in Sibao 1 forage maize,Leshi sorghum-Sudan hybrid grass and Hanigreen forage sorghum was significantly higher than that of Magician sorghum-Sudan hybrid grass at 0.05 level and that of NDF in Leshi sorghum-Sudan hybrid grass and Hanigreen forage sorghum and Magician sorghum-Sudan hybrid grass was significantly higher than Sibao 1 forage maize at 0.05 level.[Conclusion] The research provided scientific basis for reasonable utilization of forage maize,sorghum-Sudan hybrid grass and forage sorghum.
