Since the 1980s, the medical laboratory major has developed rapidly, from the past medical laboratory to the present laboratory medicine, and it also put forward higher requirements on the technicians. Therefore, training the laboratory physicians that more adapt to the times and society is urgent. But there are still many problems needing us to solve in developing laboratory medicine and training laboratory physicians.
