Abstract

With the deepening of education reform,school logistics management personnel should have the quality in many aspects,school relationship problems in logistics management and personnel quality performance of the more prominent. Through the analysis to explain the relationship between the school of logistics management and personnel quality,to improve the school logistics management level to put forward some suggestions.
