Abstract
By combining the quantitative and qualitative research results of aviation safety culture at home and abroad, the concept of aviation safety culture is defined and extended. The research and development of aviation safety culture is introduced. The research gap on aviation safety culture between China and abroad is pointed out, and then the research direction of aviation safety culture in China is given. The purpose of this study is to hope that more concerns can be paid to the demonstration study of aviation safety culture and more reliable and credible data support can be provided for aviation safety from the angle of human factors so as to improve flight performance, create new records of safety flight cycle and finally increase the economic and social benefit of airlines.
