Abstract
In order to predict scientifically and rationally outburst dangerous regional in No.23 coal seam of Quandian coal mine No.11 mining area,the gas basic parameters such as gas pressure,firmness coefficient of coal,initial speed of methane diffusion,gas content were measured.According to measured results and relevant regulations of specification for coal and gas outburst prevention and specification for Identification of coal and gas outburst mine,No.23 coal seam of No.11 mining area was determined to non-outburst coal seam.
