Abstract
Objective: To discuss effective methods to anatomize recurrent laryngeal nerve during thyroid surgery and avoid the injury of it. Method :Retrospectively analyzed the clinical information of 218 cases with thyroid surgery and analyzed the injury conditions of recurrent laryngeal nerve. Result: 293 recurrent laryngeal nerves were anatomized in cases who received lobectomy of thyroid or total thyroidectomy,2 recurrent laryngeal nerves were injuried (they were treated by neurotrophic medicine and fully recovered in two months). The total injury rate was 0.007%. Conclusion: The anatomization of recurrent laryngeal nerve is helpful to reduce nerve injury, the best method is to expose routinely.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.

Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
