Culture finds expression in various supporting systems that can satisfy the human needs for survival.Man as the main social subject mainly engages cultural creation,cultural diffusion and cultural construction in this field.Cultural creation,either consciously or unconsciously,is the basic form.Cultural diffusion falls into cultural transmission and borrowing.Cultural construction is a government activity that aims to guide the given culture to its own needs such as the correct evaluation of its own culture,the realization of its goal,the correct handing of various cultural systems and the development of culture industry and market.These three forms are closely related and their balanced development will help mankind reach a higher level of existence.
