Abstract

Objective:To study the histological structure of rhizome, stem, leaf of Lonicera edulis Turcz. in Heilongjiang province. Method:The technology of sectioning with paraffin was used. Result: The anatomy structure revealed no pith in middle of root and no companion cell in the sieve tube its wood belonged to semi-ring porous wood. Wood parenchyma was numerous, The raphides distributed in phloem parenchyma. There apptarad marked spiral thickening in the inner walls of the vessel, tube cell and lignification. Its leaf was single leaf trace and single leaf gap.
