Abstract
The effects of attapulgite with iodine on soil microbe during the cultivation of pakchoi were studied. The results showed that the potassium iodate content of attapulgite had the effects on total number of soil microbe groups, actinomycetes and bacteria quantity, but had no effect on fungi quantity. When the potassium iodate content of attapulgite was less than 50 mg·kg-1,the total number of soil microbe groups, actinomycetes and fungi quantity were all extremely increased.Compared with the control, with the increasing of potassium iodate content of attapulgite, the increasing range of actinomycetes, bacteria and fungi quantity reduced, the proportions of actinomycetes and fungi increased while that of bacteria decreased. The biodiversity index of soil microbe were different among different treatments,it reached to the highest when the potassium iodate content was 100 mg·kg-1.
