Abstract
A case study of Fuzhou, mainly studied on the spatial variation characteristics of urban land price, and the variation patterns. It discovered the spatial structure and formation mechanism of urban land price,in order to provide the evidence that make sure the urban function partition, optimizing the structure of urban land use and macroscopic control the urban land market. The methods of GIS were employed to analyze the spatial structure and its course on land price in Fuzhou. The results indicated that the distributing of land price is of both continuers and varieties in the spatial. It varies from different usage in the spatial distributing of land price. The land price gradient field is put up,which stands for an index of land price spatial vary, existing an apparent spatial difference. The results of analyze put out that selection on the business land market trading sampling point was in the support of MapInfo and Arcview GIS.By using the contrast with IDW and Kriging two interpolation effects, the author picked up the information of land price distributing at the same time,in order to create business land price contour. The results displayed the spatial distributing configurations of business land price in Fuzhou make out to be radicalized from the city centre to outside. The radiate centre is nearby Dong Street. The land price contour extends concentric circle surrounding the centre when it is up to 1200 yuan every square meter. It creates secondary land price centre when down to 1200 yuan. There is more intense consistency between the business centre and land price centre.
