Abstract

FTP is a protocol that has been used widely in Internet. It provides convenience for us to transport files and share resource. The paper described the characters and working mode of FTP, and introduced the method of setting FTP server. Security Problem and solution are discussed.Based on the practical need of Network Center, the paper presented the method of setting FTP server for Network Center by use of Serv-U software.
