Analysis on the Development of Social Reading and Library’s Reading Promotion

Reading is a main route for human being’s self-development and civilization continuation, and also is an important part of human life. This paper probes into the function, organization and mobilization of social reading, expounds the targets and tasks of the library, analyzes the relationship between the social reading and library’s reading promotion, and puts forward some measures that should be taken in accelerating library’s reading promotion.
