Abstract

It is necessary to realize the importance of strengthening the construction of talents in the enterprises in the new situation and to take the work as a systematic project of strategic significance by overall planning and implementation. The purpose can be fulfilled by the mechanism of talent cultivation, talent introduction as well as talent management and encouragement.
