Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between semen white blood cells volumetric count and sperm acrosin activity.Method Staining for volumetric count of leukocytes in semen and to carry out correlation analysis with sperm acrosin activity. Results Semen WBC1×106/ml were 106 cases in 383 male infertility, set up into positive group;Semen WBC≤1×106/ml were 277 cases, set up into negative group; Sperm actosin activity in negative group was (22.21±10.25)uIU/106sperm and it was observed to be higher evidently compared to positive group(12.81±9.23)uIU/106sperm.Consequently,there was great difference between positive group and negative group(p0.001).Conclusion Sperm WBC have effect on sperm acrosin activity.
