The Analysis on the Problems of Internet Chinese Search Engine and its Development Trend

Search engine is the core of Internet information retrieval technology.Compared with foreign nations,Chinese search engine had low coverage of powerful search engine,less precision in information retrieval,slow update speed and was not in control of dynamic change of network information,difficult control and management in terms of expression of contents and variety of forms and so on.In view of these,this paper put forward the development trend of Chinese search engine,which were progress from single search tool to comprehensive and fully-functional service,integration of classified subjects,transition from search language to natural language,intellectualization of search,advance to multi-nation and multi-language,integration of search engine,standardization of online resources cataloging,as well as the information search with intelligent agent technology,and so on.
