Discussion on Geo-environment Engineering Problem and Countermeasures of Subway Line 1 in Chongqing

Because of the particularity of Chongqing city,such as congestion of large buildings,pipelines in serried ranks,the limited and changeless grounds and foundations,series of geotechnical environmental engineering problems come into being along with the 'Subway Line 1 Project',and these problems seriously influence the normal function of urban engineering constructions and security of structures.According to the characteristic of 'Subway Line 1 Project',and based on features of geological conditions in Chongqing,the potential Geo-environmental problems in the Line 1 Subway Project construction were analyzed,and some effective and pertinent measures,techniques,approaches or suggestions to prevent these kinds of trouble were put forward.Finally some key details that should be concerned were emphasized.It could offer some valuable reference for the 'Subway Line 1 Project'.
