Abstract
Based on the analysis of informatization construction procedure in Chinese enterprises, it is found that the national investment on informatization cannot meet the demand of enterprises. Enterprises are the leading actors in informatization investment and some private capital is abstracted. The countermeasures for government and construction enterprises to promote informatization are put forward in this paper.
