Abstract
This paper,by the methods of literature study and questionnaire investigation,explores the regional flow of the teenaged football players attending the winter training organized by Chinese Football Association.The results show: geography factor plays a lesser restricting role in player recruitment,many players of Liaoning Province flow out,different purposes of player exchange exert different influences on the fostering of local players,and most football teams pay much attention to the ratio of local players over foreign players,because a ratio either too high or too low is unfavorable for team development.The paper may serve as a reference for the proper exchange of teenaged football players and for the sustainable development of youth football.
