Abstract

Building a harmonious campus is an important part of harmonious socialism society.Harmonious campus construction could be complete by the following ways: establishing a harmonious school leading body,setting a teacher-oriented education notion,creating positive competitive atmosphere for teachers,emphasizing the cultivation of double principal part role,highlighting the importance of parents participation and maintaining harmonious school order.
