Abstract

MCM-41 molecular sieves with Mg-containing aluminophosphate building units were synthesized by microwave-assisted hydrothermal method. The as-synthesized samples were characterized by XRD,NH3-TPD,TEM and IR.The effects of crystallization temperature and acid treatment on synthesis and properties of the molecule sieves were investigated. The samples had crust/core and regularly hexagonal pore arrangement when the crystallization temperature was 90 ℃,and acid amount could be greatly improved by acid treatment and the doping of hetero atoms.Catalytic activity of the MCM-41 molecule sieves containing Mg atoms and aluminophosphate building units was tested for alkylation of benzene and 1-dodecene and 1-dodecene conversion of over 99% and selectivity to 2-dodecylbenzene of over 20% were obtained.
