"Three Represents" and Man's All-round Development

Abstract

The 16th National Congress of CPC stipulates that the important thought of Three Represents should be the guiding principle of the Party; besides, it provides the Party's goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way during the new period. The realization of this goal conforms to that of man's all-round development, so it is a necessary step to fulfill the latter task. As a matter of fact. Three Represents are an organic whole with the realization of man's all-round development. In the new situation, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to have a right understanding to the relationship between them. Only by doing this can we grasp the scientific quintessence of the important thought of Three Represents, and associate our Party's goal for the new period with the realization of man's all-round development.
