Abstract
Tin concentrate ore sample was digested with HCl-HNO3 mixed acid.After separating tin by hydrolysis,the impurity elements including lead,arsenic,copper,zinc and bismuth were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.The dissolution conditions,determination medium,interference between matrix and coexisted elements were discussed.20 fold amount of Mg,Ca and W,100 fold amount of Ca,iron with mass fraction less than 10% had negligible interference to detected elements.The matrix effect of this method was small,and there was no remarkable interference between tested elements.Under the optimal working conditions of equipment,the recovery was 85%-102%,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=12) was 0.91%-2.36%.When this method was used to analyze the standard sample and actual sample,the results were in accordant with certified values and values obtained by other determination methods within the allowable error range.This method was applicable to the detection of large amounts of tin concentrate ores in import and export inspection.
